Below are some of the items we manufacture for industry specific.
Using DXF files or PDF Files we can comfortably laser cut any steel items on our laser cutter. This is a cheaper, faster process to the CNC punching machine.
Another big field for Press Craft is the bus industry. We manufacture heater covers, door hinges, all sorts of bracketry depending on the bus being built
Our company can only produce light engineering works. We are not equipped for the heavy-duty items. We can only weld and assemble the small transformer casings due to space and equipment.
There is not much we can’t manufacture. We have attempted a coffee station on the back of a Tuk-Tuk. We manufactured go kart trolleys, special aluminium covers for concrete slabs at Medupi, steel covers for piping on a 3-story building. We make pizza racks, steel cabinets and transformer boxes. The list is endless
Our steel top tables are sturdy and strong. They are reinforced in the middle, so they won’t bend or buckle. We manufacture the steel top tables as well as the frame tables, round and rectangular.
We specialise in freezer shelving. These shelves are 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm wide. They are manufactured for the food industry and the galvanise coating prevents them from rusting in the fridge or freezer. Our Gondolas are made as per customer specification.
We manufacture steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and galvanized steel enclosures. We have manufactured many different sizes, customer specific and powder coated them as per specification required. We also make wire lockers and steel lockers
We supply many of the lighting companies in South Africa. We manufacture according to customer specifications and client’s design. We manufacture gear trays, light boxes, aluminium reflectors for flood lights and brackets.
Many of the lighting companies require special brackets for the lights to be mounted either on a wall or a pole. We design the bracket according to the light fitting. These brackets can be galvanised or electroplated, we can also powder coat them according to colour required.
There are some high voltage and low voltage items we manufacture, from brass, for the switchgear companies. These items are used in their assembly line to produce a final product manufactured for their client.
We manufacture solar panel bracket which can hold a 150W solar panel and a battery. We designed UPS trolleys, UPS outdoor boxes, ATM UPS trolleys and Solar panel frames.
We make copper shunts from 0.9 or 1.2mm Brass. We laser cut steel 6mm steel sheets and weld them together to produce oil cooled battery tankers. Welding is checked by filling the tankers with water making sure the welds have no leaks. We supply controller boxes made from 3CR12 material and cap lamp charges made from steel or stainless material.
